1. About Brisio

Brisio helps businesses and nonprofit organizations connect available resources with organizations that may need them. Brisio may facilitate discovery, listings, communication, donation records, and pickup coordination.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Brisio does not own, manufacture, inspect, guarantee, endorse, or provide resources listed by users and is not automatically a party to arrangements between users.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must meet applicable legal requirements and have authority to act for any business or organization you represent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to protect your credentials. Contact Brisio promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Listings and User Content

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, and condition of resources you list. Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, dangerous, or unnecessarily sensitive content.

You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting it, you grant Brisio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the Service.

4. User Conduct

You may not use Brisio to commit fraud; impersonate others; harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse anyone; send spam or malware; obtain credentials; expose private information without authorization; interfere with the Service; circumvent security; scrape user data without authorization; or violate law.

Brisio may review reports and remove content, restrict visibility, block users, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable protective action.

5. Arrangements Between Users

Users are responsible for evaluating whether a resource, organization, and proposed pickup or delivery arrangement is appropriate and lawful. Brisio does not guarantee listing accuracy, resource availability or quality, user identity or reliability, or completion of any arrangement.

6. Intellectual Property

Brisio's original software, branding, design, text, interfaces, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Brisio and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership or permission to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse Brisio's proprietary materials or trademarks.

7. Privacy

Your use of Brisio is also governed by the Brisio Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, protected, and shared.

8. Suspension and Account Deletion

You may stop using Brisio at any time and may initiate account deletion through account-management features. Brisio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse the Service, or harm users. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Brisio is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate listings, appropriate user behavior, resource availability, or successful arrangements.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brisio and its operators, affiliates, providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to use of the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold Brisio harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, misuse of the Service, or violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

11. Service and Terms Changes

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms and will revise the updated date. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
